We participate in most managed care programs as well as Medicare and Medicare replacement plans. Most of these plans require members to pay an office visit co-payment for each office visit (including minimal office visits for lab work). This co-payment is expected at the time of your visit.
A claim for the balance will be filed however, you will be billed for any portion deemed “patient responsibility” such as deductibles, co-insurance, and/or services not covered by your particular plan.
While we make every effort to collect from your insurance company if payment is not received in a timely manner, the balance will be transferred to patient’s responsibility.

Self-Pay
If you do not have medical insurance, you will be considered a Self-Pay patient. Self-Pay patients must pay for the medical services they receive from us at the time of the visit. We accept cash, personal check, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
